Marketing Executive

(S Pass: SGD 4,000~5,000/m, Not only PR or citizens but all Koreans welcome)

To support and strengthen our business growth, we are looking for a passionate, dedicated, and result-oriented individual to join our team. You will be an integral member of a dynamic team who will be responsible for the Group’s Marketing and Communications plans for Korea. Ideally, a candidate with a good understanding of Korean culture.

Supporting the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for the planning and implementation of marketing initiatives for Extra Space Korea, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in Social Media Management and Public Relations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• End-to-end execution of marketing projects and campaigns, including ideation, creation, and distribution of communication materials to various media outlets, and analysis of campaigns’ performance.
• In-house management of website content, ensuring that all company websites are updated with current promotions and most up-to-date information.
• Generate quality leads by converting site traffic through strong calls-to-action and compelling content.
• Monitor and manage social media for Korea, including content generation.
• Suggest, implement and manage advertisements.
• Stay up-to-date on current marketing trends.
• Establish a strong network by communicating with industry professionals, consumers, and influencers/bloggers via various channels.
• Crafting press releases and other media communication to promote and create awareness for the brand.
• Periodic collation, monitoring, and reporting of various marketing initiatives charting impact, effectiveness and recommend the appropriate course of action on effectiveness in driving enquiries.
• All other Marketing and Communications related ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree/diploma in marketing or related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in Korea.
• Candidates who are fluent in Korean are preferred because the role requires to blog in Korean and manage the Korean market website.
• Strong analytical, communication, time-management, and creativity skills.
• Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take the initiative experience with social media.
• Highly proficient with web analytics tools.
• Independent and highly motivated in getting things done in a face-paced environment.
