Job Responsibilities:
· Establish and manage relationships with existing Key Accounts (Modern Trade/Online) to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
· Identify, develop and secure new customers to contribute to company’s sales targets and growth.
· Negotiate business trading terms with key customers.
· Analyse market trend, competitor activities and customer needs supported with data analysis.
· Plans, negotiate and execute marketing and promotion strategies.
· Responsible for new product listing and its strategic promotion planning.
· Monitor to ensure sufficient stores inventory display.
· Handle consumer complaints and resolve them effectively.
· Lead and manage team of Merchandisers and Promoters.
· Plan job scope for Merchandisers and Promoters.
· Prepare sales forecast and work with supply chain on order planning from HQ.
· Analyse sales data and prepare relevant reports for management decision making.
· Any ad-hoc duties assigned.
Required Skills:
· Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in modern trade or online food sales.
· Possess minimum Diploma in Business Administration or relevant course.
· Ability to articulate product and/or value offerings.
· Good in computer skills, particularly excel skills.
· Ability to gather and use data to make inform decision making and persuade others.
· Proven skills to communicate, present and influence credibly and efficiently to external and internal partners.
· Positive, motivated attitude.
· Ability to work independently, effectively managing time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines.
· Salary will commensurate with experience
· Position offered will also be based on experiences.
