Korea, 22 October 2013 – Co-organized by Korean Air and the Korea Tourism Organization, the second “Asian On-Air Program” ended successfully with bloggers watching “Miso” performance in Seoul on 20th October. Twelve power bloggers from the six different South East Asian countries - Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines and Vietnam - were selected by Korean Air and the Korean tourism Organization. Throughout the exciting trip, the bloggers shared live moments and encounters from their journey with their viewers through their popular blogs and SNS channels.
Korean Air invited the bloggers to join the Korean Air Facility Tour at its Headquarters which showcased some of the world’s best aviation facilities of the airline, such as the Operation Control Center, Hanger, FTD (Flight Training Device) and the Cabin Crew Training Center. Moreover, they even experienced a complimentary medical checking service at INHA International Medical Center, which is conveniently located five minutes from the Incheon International Airport. INHA International Medical Center provided bloggers with the medical services including health check-up, dentistry, traditional Korean medicine and spa with the state-of-the-art medical equipment and experienced medical staff, doctors and nurses.
“Similar to last year, once again we received an overwhelming response for the ‘Asian On-Air Program’. Noor Saadah from Indonesia is one of the selected winners. She loves to watch K-pop stars.
Noor Saadah expressed, “I love all the things about Korea, but the most interesting experience for today is absolutely watching M-Countdown (M-net K-pop program). Tiredness can't stop you from watching all the beauty of Korea”
The five-day “Asian On-Air Program” also covers the bustling metropolis and suburbs of Seoul.
