The Korea Creative Content Agency Singapore Business Centre invites eligible bidders to participate in a tender for the Commissioned Service for the Provision of Information on Singapore Content Industry Trends – 2026.

1. This Invitation to Bid comprises the following documents:

a) Covering Letter

b) Request for Proposal

2. Overview of the Bid 

a) Title of Bid: Provision of Information on Singapore Content Industry Trends – 2026

b) Contract Period: From the date of contract signing until 30 November 2026

c) Estimated Budget: SGD 50,000 (inclusive of all applicable taxes)

d) Scope of Services: Refer to the Request for Proposal

3.  Submission Details

a) Submission Deadline: 11:00 AM (SGT), 19 March 2026. Proposals received after the deadline will not be accepted. 

b) Proposals must be submitted electronically via email to: singapore@kocca.kr

4. Evaluation of Proposals

a) The evaluation shall be conducted in accordance with General Competitive Bidding / Lump-Sum Bid procedures and the contract shall be awarded through Contract by Negotiation.

b) The evaluation results will be based on a comprehensive assessment of the Proposal and the Price Bid, with a weighting ratio of 90:10 respectively. 

c) The Proposal will be evaluated solely based on the submitted documents, without requiring additional presentation materials.

5. Eligibility

a) As of the date of this bid announcement, the bidder’s principal place of business must be located in Singapore.
