Description:
1. Provides pre-sales and/or post-sales consulting to benefit customers in areas such as product/service order fulfillment processes, customer service requests such as end-to-end order status management, repair /calibration requests, product changes or returns, accounts receivable collections, invoicing requirements, contract issues/administration or lease administration.
2.Manages and coordinates the end-to-end customer experience (from order to installation) by applying broad knowledge of customer situations, company processes, local laws, financial requirements, and international compliance requirements related to customer sales contracts and product shipment.
3.Resolves customer service issues for complex, multi-country or multi-regional accounts.
4.Acts as a liaison between customers and appropriate internal organizations such as sales, manufacturing, logistics and service delivery to resolve customer inquiries.
5. Influences changes to production and/or shipping schedules and price changes. May identify and follow up on business opportunities.
6. May be responsible for project management of country, regional or multi-country projects.
7. Works on customer service assignments with broadly defined objectives
8. Solves straight-forward issues, challenges and problems within field of specialization
9. Supports Korea market and will be working in Korea operating hours and workdays.
10. Will be required to work overtime to complete team's operational tasks on hand especially for Month end.
11. Will need to support other countries' operational activities as well when requested.
12. Direct interaction with Korea internal and external customers through phone and emails is required.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent.
2. Typically 2-4 years relevant experience for entry to this level.
3. Requires general proficiency with tools, systems and procedures to accomplish job.
4. Knowledge on SAP order processing is preferred
5. Good Microsoft excel
6. Proficiency in Korean and English language is a must for direct interaction with Korea internal and external customers through phone and emails is required.
Salary: S$2500 - S$3300 per month
