Manager, Sales and Key Account Management (to be stationed in China)
This position is in charge of the Sales and Business Development function in Beijing and Tianjin and will report directly to the General Manager, China.
THE JOB
· Identify key contacts within each customer location and build strong business relationships.
· Manage customer expectations, ensure excellent customer satisfaction ratings and retain 100% current portfolio of accounts where appropriate.
· Develop, document and execute regularly scheduled business activity plans and account reviews.
· Participate in the completion contract renewals and renegotiations for assigned account portfolio.
· Increase market share growth for assigned markets by developing and implementing a sales strategy to ensure business growth and contract renewal.
· Increase revenue and transaction growth from the use of demand-related products and services for assigned markets.
· Participate in development efforts relating to introduction of new clients and revenue growth of existing clients for assigned markets.
· Work with Service Delivery to ensure the dissemination of new customer information for the purpose of implementation.
· Undertake project work and other duties as and when assigned.
THE PERSON
· Degree from a relevant discipline.
· At least 5 years’ freight-related sales experience.
· Excellent spoken and written English and Korean.
· Able to work as a team as well as independently.
Executive, Sales and Key Account Management (to be stationed in Singapore)
This position will report to the Manager, Korea Sales Management.
THE JOB
· Source for and build up a pool of preferred potential customer base.
· Assist in the preparation of proposals and quotations in response to customer’s enquiries or tenders.
· Carry out research and market intelligence work to facilitate formulation of marketing plans and strategies.
· Maintain good and professional contacts with existing and potential customers.
· Assist in follow-up to facilitate a smooth implementation of contractual agreements.
· Perform sales and marketing duties, including ad-hoc and special projects.
· Perform other job related duties as and when assigned.
THE PERSON
· Excellent spoken and written English and Korean.
· Degree from a relevant discipline.
· Able to work as a team as well as independently.
· Recent graduates may apply.
