Performing callbacks as required.

Solid understanding of system resources and allocation
Professional work attitude, ability to learn
Strong knowledge of Operating Systems (e.g. Linux OS)
Hardware knowledge (e.g. HP Server/Storage/Tape Library, Juniper Switches)
Required
• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 2 years experience in IT Service Experience
• English: Fluent
• Korean: Intermediate
Preferred
• At least 1 year experience in Technical Engineer Experience
